Sawyer offers a wide variety of crystal quartz products for timing, frequency control and sensor applications. We specialize in low to moderate volume requirements for high reliability and harsh environment applications. Much of our production is grown or lumbered to custom specifications. Below is a broad description of our product range.
Our Product Range:
Standard and custom size lumbered pure Z and lumbered seed-free quartz bars spanning the full range of IEC grades
- High Q/low alpha quartz (minimum Q ≥ 3.0 million)
- Low etch channel density quartz (≤ 10/cm2 before sweeping)
- Seed-free bars with Z = 10 – 28 mm and X = 100 mm
Lumbered bar stock for doubly-rotated cuts
Swept quartz in standard and custom sizes
